Engaging employees with a shared vision
We were brought in to work with Clancy Docwra's executive team to create a compelling narrative around the business's strategy and five-year delivery plan. We then brought this narrative to life through the creation of a distinctive new visual style to drive employee understanding and engagement with both priority deliverables and the longer-term goals of the business.
As part of this work, we helped create a clearer alignment between Clancy Docwra's vision, mission and strategic goals; and brought a more personalised, down-to-earth style to the tone and look of communications to reflect more closely the 'family' values that underpin the business.
We then supported the business in the launch and rollout of an intensive employee engagement programme that took more than 20 separate events across its UK-wide operations, providing presentation materials, film and animations, and briefing and 'take home' collateral.
