Bringing core proposition and behaviours to life
The Crown Estate has a new vision and proposition for 2022. With its people at the heart of achieving its ambition, it asked us to develop a communications and engagement plan to encourage employees to support the change needed to realise the vision.
We have been working with The Crown Estate to define the employee journey and create the activities that will bring it to life for everyone. These initiatives focus on building the skills and tools across the business to enhance colleague engagement and provide them with experience of tangible change.
We put these plans into action at a launch event, with a range of interactive sessions and supporting materials to stimulate participation. The first of four powerful ideas generated by colleagues at the event is now being rolled out across the organisation.
