Together Housing Group is one of the country’s largest housing associations, managing nearly 40,000 homes across the North of England. It asked for our help in better connecting with its 1600 employees, especially in areas of the business with low levels of satisfaction and engagement.
We developed an innovative approach to stimulate increased participation in the Group’s annual employee survey and to improve the quality and value of employees’ feedback, including mechanisms to encourage engagement, dialogue and co-creation.
As part of the programme roll-out we created a core narrative and messaging framework, and a visual representation of the business plan and its priorities. We then supported the communication of these priorities through an eye-catching animation, a suite of infographics, a face-to-face engagement programme and targeted employee training. The work resulted in a clear and shared agenda for change across the organisation.
