The health and safety of customers and employees is a pressing priority for all companies and organisations since the Coronavirus outbreak. From face coverings and social distancing, to hand washing and working from home – there are many fast-moving challenges to work safely and protect people while trying to get things moving again. So how can we make it easier for people to be safe and confident while going about their daily lives, working, shopping and travelling?
Join Benjamin Buckby, and Joe Glassfield, at our upcoming Discovery Session where we’ll be exploring how taking a behavioural design approach – combining behavioural science and design thinking – can give companies and organisations a proven method to more effectively understand and influence these kinds of behaviours at pace. Complete with the latest behavioural insights, case studies and practical tools to help you solve these new health and safety challenges by working with – not against – the quirks of human decision-making.
Benjamin has been working in the business of changing behaviour for over a decade – helping some of the biggest brands and companies to apply the latest behavioural science to increase their effectiveness across health and safety, communications, UX/CX, product and service design. His experience in behavioural insight and design spans the UK, Europe and Middle East with clients from across private and public sectors, including HSBC, Diageo, Telefonica, Centrica, Network Rail, and WWF International, amongst many others. He is a proud winner of a Nudge Award (the world’s first behaviour change awards) and AURA Most Inspiring Agency Speaker Finalist.
Joining Benjamin will be Joe Glassfield, our Behavioural Designer Director. A behavioural scientist by trade, Joe has worked with Unilever, E.ON, Pepsi, HSBC, and Sky among others to help them understand and design communications for human behaviour.
Join us on Thursday 24 September, 9:30 – 11:30am. Sign up using the form below, or email Elaine Smith (email@example.com). We’d love to see you there.
