From employee engagement to employee experience – does the changing terminology reflect a real shift in approach?
Join Corporate Culture Group’s on-line Discovery Session, where we will explore the evolution of employee engagement into employee experience. Does the changing terminology reflect a real shift in approach, or is it just ‘The Emperor’s New Clothes’?*
How has the pandemic changed our perspective and what does the ‘new normal’ employee experience look like? We’ll look at how to navigate hybrid working, understand the needs of a multi-generational workforce, and the potential impact of ‘work from anywhere’.
We’ll also consider the tools and tips that can help organisations get the most out of their people, and importantly how people can get the most from the organisations they work for.
Led by Ian Barrow, our Head of Culture & Change and Rae Blackmore, Client Director, the session will be particularly relevant to organisations currently exploring or rethinking what the employee experience will look like in a post-Covid world and will provide an opportunity for attendees to explore their own experiences with a like-minded group of senior professionals.
Between them, Ian and Rae have over 30 years’ experience working with global organisations on culture change, employee engagement and employee experience. Their work helps organisations to unlock the full potential of their employees, which in turn has a direct impact on the organisational bottom line and ROI. They have a passion for researching people’s behaviours and motivations, and for transforming organisations into more effective and inspiring places to work.
Ian and Rae will also be joined by a number of colleagues who all have expertise in business transformation and culture change together with understanding and creating effective employee experiences.
To join us on Thursday 22 April, 9:30am-11:00am. Sign up using the form below or email Elaine.Smith@corporateculture.co.uk.
