Behavioural design for health and safety
Protecting the physical and mental wellbeing of colleagues and customers is every organisation’s number one priority. But oftentimes people underestimate certain risks in the moment, and don’t act in their own best interest.
Our behavioural design approach uses digital tools and workspaces to help you meaningfully connect your audience to desired safety behaviours with the required agility and speed.
The purpose of this series is to share useful tools with our clients and contacts. This hands-on demo will demonstrate some of the ways we achieve behaviour change collaboratively and within tight timescales.
Head of Behaviour Change, Andrew Drummond, and Behavioural Insights Specialist, Aakanksha Ramkumar, will share the latest behavioural science, design thinking and digital tools to help you accelerate through the design-test-learn cycle to scale proven behavioural interventions at pace. Both Andrew and Aakanksha are graduates of the University of Stirling’s Behavioural Science for Management MSc.
