Behaviour Change: How to look beyond the obvious to the transformational – the secret behind This Girl Can
As part of Corporate Culture Group’s roundtable series, we’re hosting a private Roundtable discussion in central London from 5 to 7:30pm on Tuesday, 15th May 2018.
Jennie Price, Chief Executive at Sport England will lead the discussion ‘Behaviour Change: How to look beyond the obvious to the transformational – the secret behind This Girl Can’.
About Jennie Price
Jennie, a barrister by training, has been at Sport England since April 2007. Under her leadership, Sport England has seen the number of people regularly taking part in sport grow by 1.6 million. Most recently, she has led the team that commissioned the multi-award winning This Girl Can Campaign.
Prior to joining Sport England, Jennie was the founding Chief Executive of WRAP (Waste & Resources Action Programme) overseeing an increase in the UK’s domestic recycling rate from 13% to over 30%. Before joining WRAP, she spent 17 years in the construction industry, first as a lawyer and then as Chief Executive of the Major Contractors Group and the Construction Confederation.
In 2017, Jennie was awarded a CBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours for services to sport, especially increasing women and girls participation in sport.
The aim is to bring together a small number of people who would welcome an open discussion about the subject based on their insight and knowledge. An early evening bite to eat and refreshments will be provided from 5pm for a prompt start at 5.30pm. Jennie will then share her views and experience before opening up the discussion so we can share our thoughts.
