For our December Roundtable, Stephen Pain, Global Vice President of Sustainable Business & Communications at Unilever will lead a discussion on ‘How to create value through purposeful business, brands and people’.
Stephen’s focus is communications strategy, purpose-driven businesses and people, together with organisational change. His responsibilities include stakeholder engagement for the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan, and Connected 4 Growth – the company’s transformational change programme.
Before he joined Unilever, Stephen ran his own consultancy. He has been Corporate Affairs Director at insurer, Aviva – where he led the global brand change to Aviva, and held senior communications roles at retailer, Storehouse plc and water services company, Severn Trent. He is Visiting Executive Fellow at Henley Business School and contributes regularly to its MBA programmes.
