Work isn’t working. Current business models no longer reflect our human nature. We often don’t have answers to the basic questions. What motivates people to act? How do people make decisions? How do great ideas spread? This is our opportunity, not just to reinvent the workplace, but to reimagine the world of work.

Our speaker

In this session, John Drummond will share some of the new insights from psychology, neuroscience, behaviour change and anthropology that can make us fully human.

He will also share some of the key insights from both 2021 reports on the practical actions organisations can take to become more fully human.

John has been a consultant to dozens of organisations over 20 years. Clients have included water companies, regulators (Ofwat), telecoms (O2, BT), energy (EDF Energy), government organisations (NHS, WRAP), retail (ASDA, M&S), banking (Bank of America, RBS, Lloyds Banking Group), FMCG (Unilever) and many others. He is the architect with WRAP of the RecycleNow campaign and Love Food Hate Waste campaigns. His expertise includes long-term strategies, culture change and behaviour change at scale.
