We worked with Aggregate Industries on a business-critical programme to unite UK employees around a new parent company vision and four strategic objectives: safety, efficiency, excellence and development. The ultimate goal was to inspire all staff to rally around the cause and take personal responsibility for achieving business goals.
We created a distinctive look and feel for the campaign, which led with a direct call to action for employees to ‘Do Your Bit’, and used a striking design and colour palette for each of the four objectives.
The bright, engaging graphic treatment was rolled out across specific campaigns, which encompassed cost saving, safety behaviour change and leadership. The initiatives harnessed a range of communications resources, including a compelling narrative, change workshops, a video, an animation and a range of other print and digital media.
