Managing DirectorAndrew has 30 years’ experience of devising and delivering major change programmes across the private and public sectors. He uses that knowledge to help shape clients’ more complex engagement programmes, for example developing brand propositions for Diabetes UK, FCC Environment and WRAP, and employee engagement strategies for ASDA and Unilever. Before joining Corporate Culture, Andrew held senior marketing and communication roles with North West Water and United Utilities, where his work won multiple national awards.

In his 20 years as a graphic designer, he has worked with a huge range of clients, all of which presented unique challenges and required bespoke solutions. Project Support ExecutiveEthan joined the business as a Project Support Executive following a fantastic 12-month apprenticeship in which he proved an invaluable member of the team. He brings key insights on web development and digital marketing strategies, and provides wider project support across the Group. He is also helping to reimagine our LinkedIn and email marketing presence by complementing our strategic thought-leadership with his youth-oriented approach.
