To bring its insight to life, and help engage business leaders in the shared challenge, CISL asked us to help edit and design its flagship sustainability leadership report: “The future we want, the leadership we need”.
The report is a clear manifesto for leadership on sustainability at the executive level, and is a key tool in helping CISL members and wider stakeholder audiences unlock the right leadership within their organisations to achieve sustainability success.
At the heart of the report is the Sustainability Leadership Model. We worked with the CISL team to define, design and refine this best-practice model. The result is a concise and elegant visual summary of a detailed process that is helping leaders harness thinking, values and collaborative practice to align their business success with purpose-driven, positive social and environmental outcomes.
