Engaging employees, supporting change and demonstrating leadership
Our work with RICS draws together three strands of activity, reflecting an evolving organisation and an increasingly international role.
This has included helping shape an employee engagement plan and forward-looking narrative; positioning RICS’ role in re-framing responsible business practice for the sector; and exploring opportunities to demonstrate leadership and influence.
Building on this work we have also been supporting the organisation in its joint effort with the UN, helping produce and promote a RICS and United Nations Global Compact resource on ‘Advancing Responsible Business Practice’ for the land, construction and real estate sector.
And in the build-up to Paris COP21, we shaped a narrative and animation to position RICS’ role at the heart
of the agenda.
