An ambitious behaviour-led brand to drive future resilience
We rely on water for everything we eat and drink, for washing ourselves and our clothes, and to help create the energy we need for heat and light. Water is essential to life as we know it. Southern Water understands the true value of water to its customers and communities, and is committed to ensuring a resilient future supply – a task increasingly impacted by population growth and climate change.
It wanted to refresh its brand around the value of water, to help transform attitudes and behaviours among its audiences, and better secure future water resilience.
We worked with Southern Water to create Water for Life, a groundbreaking, vibrant and flexible campaigning brand to help everyone in the region find shared solutions to the water challenges ahead.
This ambitious, behaviour-led brand will appear on the vast majority of Southern Water’s internal and external communications and creative campaigns, alongside an updated and refreshed logo. We have also created a comprehensive set of guidelines to ensure the brand is applied consistently across all of Southern Water’s communications. Water for Life will help Southern Water deliver a sustainable water and wastewater service for decades to come.
