The importance of ongoing employee feedback

I’ve always been interested in the employee experience and the many and multiple things that can impact on this.

I really liked Jacob Morgan’s recent article in Forbes on ‘A Framework For How Any Company Can Design Amazing Employee Experiences’, not least for the employee experience design loop. It neatly articulates the importance of ongoing employee feedback, something often forgotten.

There’s an interesting perspective on the types of environment that impact on the employee experience as well as some perspectives on the types of organisations that can emerge.  It’s worth a read.
