Thursday, 15th March 2018, central London

Free to register – click here

Ian Birkett will be leading a practical session sharing insights, practical processes and tips that look at how you put your distinctive character at the heart of your brand expression.

Over a 25 year career, Ian has led the development of many ground breaking brands (such as Anglian Water “Love Every Drop”, Diabetes UK “Care. Connect. Campaign.“ and the UK national recycling identity) that have put character at the centre of their genesis and helped transform reputations.

Joining Ian will be Sandra Palmer, who will explore the other aspects that come together to underpin the distinctive character of an organisation. Sandra has spent over 20 years heading projects bringing character alive for companies such as ASDA, BGL, Anglian Water, Yorkshire Building Society, AstraZeneca and United Utilities.

It promises to be an invaluable session for senior professionals looking at how you capture your organisation’s distinctive personality to deliver the competitive edge.
