Joining Ian will be Sandra Palmer, who will explore the other aspects that come together to underpin the distinctive character of an organisation. Sandra has spent over 20 years heading projects bringing character alive for companies such as ASDA, BGL, Anglian Water, Yorkshire Building Society, AstraZeneca and United Utilities.
