DSM’s learning programme wins major LinkedIn Talent Award

Back in our March 2023 update we looked at how a couple of years earlier DSM decided to shift its learning and development team from building more programmes towards focusing on the engagement of its learners.

This bold realignment enabled DSM, with the support of Corporate Culture, to design the new Learn Together Grow Together learning programme. Its twin goals are to establish with all DSM colleagues the importance, value and fun of learning, and to engage managers to create workplaces that fully promote everyone’s learning and development journeys.

Learning Champions

This shift in approach has truly paid off. According to Marco Mullers, Vice President of Learning and Development at DSM: “Learn Together Grow Together fuelled a fantastic increase in engagement and activity amongst our learners, and created a general buzz around learning.”

And now, based on the strength of the new programme, we’re delighted to announce that DSM has won the 2022 LinkedIn Talent Awards as a ‘Learning Champion’.

It’s hugely rewarding to see how Learn Together Grow Together has been so well received by DSM people, while being recognised externally as best-practice in learning and development. We’d like to congratulate the whole team at DSM on their much-deserved win.
