We’re delighted to introduce three new colleagues who’ve joined the team this month. Each brings an essential mix of expertise, experience and energy to broaden and deepen our Corporate Culture, Choiceology and How on Earth offers. We’ll let them introduce themselves (spoiler: they’re a very talented bunch)…
“Hi, I’m Ian Barrow, Corporate Culture’s new Head of Culture and Engagement. I bring a huge amount of experience in senior leadership and consultancy roles at Harris Interactive, Korn Ferry, Engage Group and most recently Karian and Box, where I helped hundreds of organisations across the public and private sectors to develop their culture and deliver employee engagement programmes.

“Hi, I’m Aakanksha Ramkumar, Aaks is fine too. I’m joining the Choiceology team as a Behavioural Designer, while also supporting the wider business with insights on environmental behaviours and diversity & inclusion strategies. I previously worked at a behaviour change tech start-up, helping them improve their employee wellbeing product and user engagement rates. I also have MScs in both Applied Behaviour Analysis and Behavioural Science for Management.
“In my new role I’m most looking forward to delivering projects that involve analysing the decision-making process and creating out-of-the-box impactful solutions. I also have a personal passion to create solutions that address the climate crisis with a sense of immediacy, and processes that encourage the inclusion of underrepresented thoughts and experiences. I’m delighted to be working in a company that shares these goals.”

“Well hi there! I’m Andrew Drummond in the Choiceology team, and I’m not a super new face – I’ve been with Corporate Culture since 2017. I worked closely with the creative team for a couple years, using my background in media production and filmmaking. See that showreel on our homepage? I did that! That hand sticking post-it notes on a wall? My hand. So, what am I doing in a blog showcasing new arrivals? It’s a good question.
“Since I joined Corporate Culture over three years ago, I have discovered an interest in and an aptitude for applied behavioural science. So last year I decided to take a year out and get an MSc in Behavioural Science for Management. I return now – having submitted the last of many assignments – with newfound wisdom. I am reborn. A new Andrew. Behavioural Designer Andrew. And it’s great to be back.”
