Corporate Culture Group seeks new Director of Consultancy
How do you respond to the latest risks identified in the World Economic Forum’s Global Risks Report 2023? Or to the latest PwC survey that reveals CEOs want to spend as much time reinventing their business as running it?
If these are the kind of questions that capture your attention, you probably know someone who may be interested in a new role with the UK’s leading transformational consultancy.
First, let me share a secret. The reason we regularly attract big name clients to support critical change programmes is this: we put humans at the centre of change.
Research suggests that transformation programmes often fail. Two-thirds of senior leaders say they have experienced at least one underperforming transformation in the last five years. Putting humans at the centre of change almost triples the chances of success. This is the context within which we’re seeking a new senior director.
Applicants will have the spirit of an entrepreneur, the skills of a consultant to executives and boards, the energy to network continually with senior changemakers, and the commercial acumen to turn ideas into paid-for projects to help change the world. The business focus of Corporate Culture is on the changes executives face to how we lead, how we work and how we live. This embraces strategy, culture change and behaviour change (including customers and citizens).
If you’re a regular reader of our newsletter or visitor to our website, the odds are that you’re a well-connected changemaker. We’d very much value your help in identifying the right candidate for this role in any way you can, such as sharing this note with your networks or drawing the opportunity to the attention of one of your contacts who you think could be a good fit.
For anyone interested in talking further, if they could please email me at john.drummond@corporateculture.co.uk attaching their CV.
With thanks for your attention and support.
