Speaker session: How to achieve behaviour change on the big challenges
In these uncertain times, how can we create sustainable cross-sector action and behaviour change on the most pressing challenges? How do we achieve progress on not only the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, but on the wider health, social and environmental issues that we all face?
I’ll be exploring these topics in detail at the first Marketing for Social Impact UK event, alongside a group of leading thinkers and practitioners from business and academia, including: Prof. Jeff French, iSMA President; Sarah Cork, Senior Lecturer in Social Marketing at Brighton Business School; and Gary Wootten, MD and Founder at Hitch Marketing.
Lasting behaviour change
This inaugural meeting takes place on 18 May 2022, at Brighton University Business School. Its aim is to explore the key opportunities presented by bringing social marketing, brand purpose marketing, CSR and social enterprise practitioners, academics, students and the wider community together to achieve lasting behaviour change on the big challenges for people and planet.
Fostering this cross-sector approach will help us all share, explore and co-produce potential solutions. It also provides the opportunity to make new connections and partnerships.
